I am a Christian, husband, and father first. Serving others and helping businesses of all sizes succeed has become one of my greatest passions. Throughout my career, I have found that building lasting relationships through integrity, honesty, and trust creates opportunities for meaningful growth and success.
Commercial real estate and property management have always been part of my life. What began as a family business has grown into something larger than we ever imagined. Wake Forest has always been home for my family, and watching the area’s tremendous growth over the years is a testament to the vision, hard work, and dedication of the people who have helped shape this community.
I began my real estate career after obtaining my license in Wilmington, North Carolina. Over the past 7 years, I have built experience in commercial brokerage, property valuation, investment analysis, and client representation. Early experience with Century 21 and Berkshire Hathaway provided a strong foundation that continues to influence how I serve clients today.
Transitioning into commercial real estate was a natural progression, having grown up around the industry and family business. This led to the opportunity to manage commercial properties through my family’s company in Wake Forest while continuing to practice commercial brokerage with the Century 21 Commercial team in Raleigh. Over the last 5 years, I have managed more than 70 commercial units totaling over 165,000 square feet, helping property owners protect and maximize the value of their investments.
As my passion for commercial real estate continued to grow, I founded Capital Property Management to provide professional property management services and support business owners, investors, and developers throughout the region.
In early 2026, I joined Aspire Real Estate & Development in Raleigh, North Carolina, expanding my focus to include all things commercial brokerage, land entitlement, and development services. Today, I remain committed to helping clients navigate every stage of the commercial real estate lifecycle while building long-term relationships based on trust, communication, and results.
Whether managing assets, representing buyers and sellers, or assisting with development opportunities, my goal remains the same: to serve clients with integrity and create lasting value for the communities and businesses we support.
